Bosco Lam leads WilkinsonEyre's transport portfolio, focusing on major infrastructure projects including HS2 Old Oak Common Station, Crossrail Liverpool Street and the recent redevelopment of Bank Underground Station to improve connectivity and capacity.
His commercial experience has enabled him to identify opportunities for oversite development and wider regeneration and masterplan potential in major transport projects. In addition to his rail experience, Bosco led the delivery of the multi-award-winning Gardens by the Bay Cooled Conservatories, amongst the largest climate-controlled glasshouses in the world.
Bosco has extensive experience in liaising and working with local authorities, stakeholders, statutory bodies and other third parties and participating in public consultation. He also has significant experience working in large multi-disciplinary project environments and has gained excellent project and design management skills whilst maintaining an active role in the design process.
