First residents move into Switch House West at Battersea Power Station

Our regeneration of Battersea Power Station celebrates a major sectional completion this week with residents moving in to the apartments at Switch House West. Once home to the mighty power station’s main switchgear, laboratory, battery and assembly rooms, Switch House West has been respectfully restored and expanded upward to create new homes for the London landmark’s first ever permanent residents. Its completion marks the beginning of an exciting year for the Grade II* Listed building, culminating with the opening of the retail spaces in autumn 2022.
