Within the practice, Yasmin leads on modern methods of working and creating productive, effective workspaces. Her architectural strength lies in a strong sense of design, combined with practical construction knowledge of materials and details. Having worked in both small and large practices and on projects of differing types and budgets over time, she has gathered a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the building process.
Yasmin is leading the retrofit of the Citi Bank Building in Canary Wharf, one of the largest workplace refurbishment projects in Europe, which will create an exemplary benchmark in healthy, sustainable and balanced ways of working. She’s also leading Thavies Inn at Holborn Circus, a new ten storey building delivering 89,000 sq ft of workspace as well as 2,000 sq ft of ground floor retail.
She recently led WilkinsonEyre’s delivery of a new £19 million centre for Science, Technology, Arts and Mathematics at Gresham’s School, which enables new approaches to teaching and collaboration. Yasmin has worked closely with Dyson, designing their R&D campuses in Malmesbury and Hullavington as part of the two overarching masterplans, as well as the Dyson Demo shops in London, New York, and San Francisco.
