Within the practice, Yasmin leads on creating productive, functional and inspiring
workplaces. Her architectural strength lies in a strong design sensibility combined with practical knowledge of construction, materials, and details. Yasmin’s early work involved various workplace and transformation projects in Berlin, before establishing a close working relationship
with Dyson; designing their R&D campuses
in Malmesbury and Hullavington as part of two overarching masterplans, and the Dyson Demo shops in London, New York, and San Francisco. She also recently led the delivery of a £19 million centre for Science, Technology, Arts and Mathematics at Gresham’s School.
Yasmin currently leads the retrofit of the Citi Bank Building in Canary Wharf, one of the largest workplace refurbishment projects
in Europe, which will create an exemplary benchmark in healthy, sustainable and balanced ways of working. She is also heading Thavies Inn at Holborn Circus, a new ten storey building delivering 89,000 sq ft of workspace as well as 2,000 sq ft of ground floor retail.
Since 2026, Yasmin has served as Chairperson of The Equilibrium Network Ltd,
a women-led organisation that works to reduce attrition and promote diversity at board level within the construction industry. She is a frequent speaker at industry events and conferences, addressing varied topics including modern workplace, retrofit, education, and fair representation.
